FUZZY FURBABIES RESCUE

Our rescue was started in May of 2005. We felt that there was a need to rescue ferrets in our area. Since the closest ones are in Arkansas, Kansas, St. Louis and Oklahoma City. There was no place to take ferrets and other small fuzzy pets since most Animal shelters are over populated with dogs and cats. As to date we have rescued 30 ferrets with only one having to be put to sleep because of heath issues. 2 mamma cats and a total of 10 baby kittens, 1 pot belly pig,5 chinchilla’s,2 gerbils,2 dagu’s,2 guinia pigs, 5 dogs and 8 hamsters. That is a total of 66 fuzzy babies in just 3short months. We always welcome fuzzies and work our hardest to find a good forever home for them. We have two homes where we house all our rescues, so they can interact with other pets and humans which helps in giving them the love and special care they need while waiting for that special new mommy and/or daddy.
